Return & Refund Policy – ZFashionShop

📅 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔ Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

📌 Please Note: Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide:
✔ A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) for eligible cases only (damaged items, shipping errors)

🔄 Exchanges
