📦 Order & Shipping
🛍️ I just placed an order. When will it ship?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
🚚 How long is the shipping time?
✅ Standard Shipping (FREE within the USA): 5-10 business days.
📌 Please note that external factors (holidays, weather, carrier delays) may impact shipping times.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, email us at info@zfashionshop.com with the subject line “CANCEL.”
📌 If your order has already shipped, we cannot process a cancellation.
📍 I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately or contact us at info@zfashionshop.com within 24 hours to request a correction.
📌 If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.
📦 My package is lost. What should I do?
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package:
✔ Check your mailbox, front door, or with neighbors.
✔ Contact the carrier in case of attempted delivery.
📌 If your package is still missing after 5 business days, contact us at info@zfashionshop.com. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered."
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
📦 My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take extra care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@zfashionshop.com with:
✔ Your order number
✔ A clear photo of the damaged product
📌 Once we review your request, we will send a replacement free of charge.
🔄 Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
1️⃣ Return the original item (per our return policy).
2️⃣ Place a new order for the desired item.
📌 Tip: Stock moves quickly, so we recommend placing your new order ASAP to ensure availability.
💰 What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
✔ Unworn & unused (with original tags attached)
✔ In original packaging
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase
📌 Non-returnable items: Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale.
