📅 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

📌 Please Note: Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.


📦 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@zfashionshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide:
A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) for eligible cases only (damaged items, shipping errors)
Instructions on how and where to send your package

🚨 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

📌 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the return shipping fee only in cases of shipping errors, damaged items, or incorrect products received. If applicable, we will provide a prepaid return label for these cases.


🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if:
✔ Your item is defective or damaged
✔ You received the wrong item

📸 Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
📦 Your order number

Our team will review your case and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products
❌ Sale items or gift cards
❌ Custom or personalized items
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer automatic exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

📌 Since stock may sell out quickly, we recommend contacting us at info@zfashionshop.com before returning your item to check availability.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 2 business days if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

📌 Please Note:
✔ Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
✔ If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@zfashionshop.com.


Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation will not be possible.

📌 If your order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
